Flea Market
Player-to-player auctions: cars, bodyguards, VIP codes, intel, bullets, and $CRIME.
The flea market is the city's auction house, where players sell to players and the price is whatever the room decides. Black Market equipment is not part of it — weapons, armor, gadgets, and accessories stay with whoever bought them. These are the lots that go under the hammer:

Bidding rules
- Each bid must raise the last by at least 5%. Your bid is escrowed; get outbid and it returns instantly.
- Anti-snipe: a bid in the final minutes resets the clock to 5 minutes. Auctions end when the room is actually done, not when a sniper says so.
- Sellers can cancel an auction only while it has no bids - and never within its final 5 minutes. The moment anyone bids, the lot is locked until it settles, so nobody yanks it out from under a live bidder.
- Death settles everything: a dead seller's or bidder's open positions unwind automatically.
- The season closes the market first. Every listing has to end at least 1h before the season does - a lot still on the board at the close is voided, not sold, and the bid and the item go straight back where they came from. Durations shrink as the close approaches, and in the final stretch the market stops taking listings at all.
